Our GDPR policy explains why we need your name and email address and what we do with your personal information.
Why we are asking you to registerWe now require registration for access to the mapping tool. The main reason for this is to allow us to track numbers and types of users more effectively. This information helps us to justify future investment in updates and to establish the types of update necessary. The second reason is to ensure that you agree to the terms and conditions of data use. These are listed on the registration page. By registering for the site you are also agreeing to the terms and conditions. A copy is provided in the email received on registration.
How information about you will be usedWe will not share your information with any other companies or third parties. We use your email address for registration purposes and we may use it to contact you about updates to the site to keep you informed of changes.
If at any time you wish to have your access to the mapping site removed you can email us via the contact form and we will remove your access.
How information about you is storedYour name, email address and password are stored in a secure online database. Your password is encrypted and not visible to us.
If you forget your password you can use the automated lost password function to reset it.
